If I choose pick-up from Lowenstein Sandler, how will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?

Colleen Boyle from Lowenstein will contact everyone choosing pick-up when their order has arrived and is ready to be collected.

How long will it take to receive my items after I order, if I’m having them shipped to me?

If you're picking-up from a Lowenstein Sandler office, orders are shipped on the 15th and the last day of the month. If the order is being shipped to you, it will take 7-10 business days for it to arrive, depending on distance from the fulfillment center.

If I choose to pick up my items from Lowenstein, do I still have to fill out my address when checking out?

Yes. In order to checkout, a simple profile is created. If your order isn’t being shipped, treat the address as a billing address and simply select “Pick Up From Lowenstein” in the following section.

Can I track my package if it's being shipped to me?

Yes, you will receive tracking info in an email following the shipment of your order.

How do I pay with my gift card?

When you proceed to checkout, on the right hand side of the screen is a box that asks for your gift card code. Enter the code you received with your gift card and click “Add”. The full amount of the gift card will then be applied.

Can I use the gift card to purchase something that costs more than the value of the gift card?

Yes, after applying the gift card, you will be prompted with the remaining balance and payment options.
